Senior Patternmaker – Durban

We are seeking a Senior Patternmaker with a blend of Technical Skills and Management expertise to lead our Patternmaking department. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3-5 Years experience in Lectra Modaris and 3D Pattern making, which will be a significant advantage.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**
– Developing master production patterns for various size ranges and design silhouettes.
– Creating basic blocks for all fabric types in different silhouettes.
– Translating design sketches into computer-generated patterns to achieve the desired style and fit.
– Ensuring patterns meet size, construction, and quality standards.
– Conducting quality checks on patterns and finished garments.
– Collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to enhance styling and fit.
– Building and organizing a digital pattern library for efficient workflow.
– Collaborating with designers to finalize products.

**Additional Details:**
**Experience:** 3-5 Years in Lectra Modaris and 3D Pattern making.
**Salary:** Based on experience and negotiable.
