Sales Rep – FMCG
Introduction
Our client that are in the Food and Distribution industry that Supplies food and Non-Food items, in Pinetown is looking for a Sales Representative.
Duties & Responsibilities
• To achieve set targets for allocated territory
• High-level customer focus and service delivery
• Ensure high level of company compliance and drive all requirements.
• Attend all training sessions as and when required
• Administration must be completed, monitored and kept up to date on a daily basis as per business requirements.
• Territory management – implement successful sales and follow up plans for existing product portfolio and the launching of new products in collaboration with functional head.
• 100% achievement of both unit and value targets monitored on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Travel to be planned once a month
Desired Experience & Qualification
• Matric
• Related Tertiary Qualification advantageous
• 4 years’ experience in a Food/ FMCG sales role non negotiable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer Literate
• Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to travel & work outside normal office hours from time to time
• Driver’s license.
Package & Remuneration
R7000.00 plus company car and fuel, provident fund and phone.
