Meet the Team



Janice Chetty, CEO of Dynamic Outlook, and Founder of Mirriam Mission NPC.



Janice Chetty is a multi-skilled educator and entrepreneur who not only started a business during a worldwide pandemic, but she also obtained her second degree and started a non-profit organisation during this time.

 Janice Chetty has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (Cum Laude) and lists entrepreneurship and technology as her key areas of focus. She has 10 years’ experience in training and in Human Resources.

In addition to running Dynamic Outlook, a level 1 BBB-EE recruitment and training business focusing on fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity and inclusion, she is also a part-time lecturer, a corporate trainer, and is currently working on an additional three ground-breaking projects.

Arguably her most important project is the launch of Mirriam Mission a non-profit company focusing on youth education, in the memory of her late grandmother. Her company, Dynamic Outlook is dedicated to the ongoing development of a work environment built on the premises of diversity in the workplace. She is using her love of education as a motivation in creating an online platform that can help with communication in education, something she refers to as a fundamental barrier to learning.

She also had the honour of being selected by SABC to be the entrepreneurship judge for the Women’s Substance Award for Lotus FM, judging the business category.

 Her philosophy in life is “I might not be great, but great things will happen as a result of what I do”

Catherine Fforde – Executive Recruiter & Business Developer

A creative and personable recruitment professional with 15+ years talent acquisition experience.  

Catherine is a generalist with a passion for Manufacturing, IT and Marketing placements.

Her genuine passion for making a difference has fuelled her relationship building, networking and negotiating skills.

Skilled at headhunting and locating top candidates, gaining enthusiasm and interest, and guiding them to ideal positions based on skills, experience, paygrade, and passion. She has made high level placements in SA as well as into Australia and Dubai.

As Sales & Marketing Director for a National training company, Catherine gained a decade’s experience in conducting gap analyses thereby determining desired skills, assessing a candidate’s skills, and identifying gaps. This would in turn, inform the training requirements and the bespoke training proposal that she presented.

In addition,  she is competent in the sales of accredited executive education to blue chip corporates and is well versed in the BB – EEE and SETA landscape.


Roxanne Wessels

Roxanne holds a clinical psychology degree which successfully set her up in the Recruitment industry. Once she had completed her degree in 2017, she was introduced to the recruitment world and has never looked back, her passion and love for people is evident in her work with a proven track record within the Recruitment industry.

She is a recruitment specialist in the freight and Logistics industry, however, recruits for many other industries, including financial services, FMCG, Retail and Manufacturing to name a few.  Recruitment became a passion, dealing with many different individuals, cultures as well as different diverse backgrounds, this has taught me to understand the human element in many different facets.

Her passion is not only changing lives of her Candidates, but those of her clients, adding value to each and every business she engages with. Roxanne is client-centric and loves building rapport.



Wessel Nel

Wessel is a seasoned training professional in behavioural change, focused on maximising productivity of teams and individuals for desired results, utilising interpersonal skills and humour to embed new skills.

His work experience of 32 years spans across national and international that includes Europe and Africa. Training topic ranges from : Management training, Interpersonal skills, Sales Training, Customer Service Excellence, Aftersales(motor industry), Emotional Intelligence, Assertiveness Skills (communication), Finance for non-financial managers, Vehicle and asset finance, Behavioural Preferences, Conflict Management, etc.

He has international qualifications in sales and people behaviour.

Kirstin, our Recruitment administrator has completed her Executive secretary in Marketing Diploma. She also has Sales experience in which she found her passion in assisting and helping others. Her confidence and strong interpersonal skills boasts through her ability to deal with people in need, as well as assisting her team members getting out the relevant candidates out to the relevant clients in the most effective and efficient manner. In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her toddler son, and being around family and friends
