Full Job Description

A well renowend private tertiary institutution is urgently seeking a Campus Manager to join their team in the Durban region of KwaZulu-Natal.

Duties include but are not limited to; 

Supervision of support and service staff, facilities management to support overall campus management and student events.

Responsible for the overall campus experience in and out of the classroom- including pastoral care, together with the Registrar

You will be directly involved in all sales and brand building activities, fee collection and other activities as required by the group.

Ensure that all staff operate ethically within established policies and procedures and that the organisations mission and code of conduct are fully upheld.

Manage all parent engagements where required

Support all group level communications and initiatives

Supports the overall student recruitment and marketing activities at the campus including overseeing the student recruitment as well as the marketing function in close collaboration with the Business Development Executive.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Experience and Knowledge:

Knowledge of the advertising and marketing communication industry.

Experience in a similar position at another tertiary institution, or Experience in the operations management of a similar business or professional services firm.

Qualifications:

· Honours Degree in Management / related discipline

· Masters Degree would be Advantageous

· 5+ years experience in a managerial role
